1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Conditions for Returns
For a return to be accepted:

Original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be intact

A valid receipt or order number must be provided
3. Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Appliances with broken seals (unless defective)

Items returned after 48 hours without prior communication
