Refund and Returns Policy

We value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure all TCL appliances reach you in perfect condition.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • The product received is not what you ordered

  • The product malfunctions within the warranty period

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns

For a return to be accepted:

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • Original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be intact

  • A valid receipt or order number must be provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Appliances with broken seals (unless defective)

  • Items returned after 48 hours without prior communication

4. Refund Process

Refunds are issued after product inspection.
Refund options include:

  • Full refund via mobile money or bank transfer

  • Exchange for a similar item

  • Store credit

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Warranty Claims

All TCL products come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty service is provided at authorized TCL service centers in Kenya.
